Order Processing & Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via the selected carrier. Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method chosen at checkout. Please note that we do not ship to certain regions or internationally. Any delays during peak seasons will be communicated.
Payment Terms
We accept all major credit cards via our secure online processing system. Payment is charged upon order confirmation, and all prices include applicable taxes and fees.
Return and Refund Policy
We accept returns of unopened, unused, and resellable items within 30 days of purchase. Rock tumbler grit, polish, rough, and tumbled stones that have been opened are non-returnable. Items are inspected upon return, and eligible returns will be refunded for the item's purchase price, excluding shipping and handling.
To request a return authorization, email info@weFossick.com with “RETURNS” and your order ID in the subject line, along with an explanation of the reason for return. For holiday gift purchases made between November 1 and December 25, returns are accepted until January 31.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, the standard return policy applies.
