Bird’s Eye Rhyolite rock tumbling rough by the pound

This is Bird’s Eye Rhyolite cut into tumbling size pieces. Some of these pieces  will have pits, fissures and soft spots.  Bird’s Eye Rhyolite comes from Mexico and is a type of volcanic rock known for its distinctive "bird's eye" patterns. These patterns are typically circular or ovoid spots created by the presence of mineral inclusions or flow structures within the rock. These patterns can vary in color, including shades of red, brown, gray, and sometimes even green or yellow, making each piece unique. These stones are suitable for rock tumbling projects.
